Abstract:

The purpose of the research was to describe Qualityof- life and anxiety on 214 university students and 176 elder adults. The correlations between qualityof- life and anxiety were moderated, negative and significant, in students and elders. The problem that most worry to the students was school, and family to elders. Elder adults have a better perception about quality-of-life, and less levels of anxiety, than university students. The economy affects quality-of-life of both groups. Sick elder adults perceived deterioration about their quality-of-life. There was a difference about quality-of-life and anxiety only between women of both samples. It is conclude than quality-oflife is affected by the anxiety in the studied samples.
