The perceived quality of the organizational context like source of labour risk of mobbing in the local police

Abstract:

The intention of this work consists of verifying the relevance that has the organizational aspects on the consolidation of the processes of harassment labour in the local Police. For it the perceptions that have the policemen (N = 235) about the organization and planning of the work, the communication systems, the promotion policies, the control styles, the mechanisms of consultation and participation, as well as the corporative culture are evaluated. The results indicate that the negative valuation of these organizational factors influences in the frequency, duration and intensity of the manifestations of harassment labour, as well as in the expression forms that this one could be acquired within the analyzed group.
